Delivery

Your activity pack is a digital product. Nothing is physically shipped. Once your payment is verified, your A4, US Letter and Answer Key PDF files are available to download immediately from this site, and remain available for approximately 30 days.

Refunds

Because each pack is personalised to you and delivered instantly, we're generally not able to offer a refund simply for a change of mind once the pack has been delivered as described. If something has genuinely gone wrong — for example your files won't open, a payment was charged incorrectly, or the pack wasn't generated as described — contact us and we'll put it right, which may mean regeneration, a replacement, or a refund depending on the situation.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. If our product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy under that law regardless of anything else on this page.
